Mexican Skies is completely free. There are no membership fees, or fees of any kind, despite the thousands of hours put into its creation and its maintenance. There is also no charge to download the original music and literature on this site as well. It is all completely free for everyone to enjoy, and who knows... you might even learn something.
The reason Mexican Skies is free is because it should be. Science, music and literature should all be freely shared, because they enhance collective enlightenment, and communication. And the more enlightenment and communication there is on this planet, the closer we come to World Peace.
Spread the word. Talk to people about astronomy. Introduce them to the stars, the planets. Talk about black holes, extraterrestrial life, galaxies, nebulae, dark matter, dark energy, astrology. Introduce them to the beauty, the mythology, the science, and the magic of the Universe surrounding our little world. Encourage them to visit Mexican Skies. The more people that visit this and other astronomy sites, the more people will communicate, and be enlightened, and the closer we'll all be to World Peace.
Be a part of Mexican Skies! Photos, articles, ideas, a few encouraging words... all are welcome. Maintaining a site this large is a monumental task, and any help at all is very much appreciated. The more people involved, the better site it will be.
